The Birth of Dough Designs
Like most people, I wear many hats - I'm a dog lover, gadget junkie and geek.
But I'm also a mom, wife, cook, creator, tester, ex-coffee roaster and now....
a dough designer!
I've worked in the tech industry as a software engineer and from home raising a family, pursuing my love of cooking all while starting a coffee roasting company.
I love combining art, technology and cooking! I've created and designed all of my logos, my websites and my recipes.
The kitchen is my happy place. I cook all day, every day. It's my meditation.
From simple to elaborate, successes and flops, experiments and fan favorites, friends and family have always been ready and willing to try my creations.
I'm a first generation American. My background is Italian but my style is eclectic. I experiment with all types of foods, all cuisines, from appetizers to desserts.
I've come to the realization that my favorite foods are made from dough - bread, sourdough, focaccia, pasta, rainbow cookies...and the list goes on.
After 12 great years, I decided to close Berceto Coffee and focus on
the art of cooking and creating.
This is how Dough Designs was born
