I'm a mom, a wife, a dog lover, and gadget junkie.

But I'm also a cook, creator, ex-coffee roaster and now.... a dough designer!

I've worked in the tech industry as a software engineer and from home raising a family, pursuing my love of cooking all while starting a coffee roasting company. After 12 great years, I decided to close down Berceto Coffee 

and focus on the art of cooking and creating. 

The kitchen is my happy place. I cook all day, every day. It's my meditation. 

From simple to elaborate, successes and flops, experiments and fan favorites, friends and family have always been ready and willing to try my creations.

I'm a first generation American. My background is Italian but my style is eclectic.  I experiment with all types of foods, all cuisines, from appetizers to desserts and everything in between.

I've come to the realization that my favorite things are made from dough - bread,  sourdough, focaccia, pasta, rainbow cookies...and the list goes on.

This is how Dough Designs was born
